W has been challenging undergrads in his classes to consider differing viewpoints and how to think critically and analytically about their sources. Even more importantly, he guides and supports students as they make important life choices even beyond the classroom. He has a love of photography and a particular gift for capturing everyday human emotions in street photography.

Z has been bringing together her love of teaching and mentoring with her systems-way of thinking, with kindergarten to university level staff and students, in a variety of roles in different schools and organizations. She is an introvert with a love of hospitality- ask how that works out for her. :)

Yes- the boys really have the initials A, B, and C. (It wasn't planned that way, but it sure makes things easier!).

A is a fifth grader and is a voracious reader. He is a natural leader and has a talent in shepherding younger children (maybe because he's a big brother!).

B loves math and is excited about acting in the third-grade class play. He has the most generous heart and is a compassionate feeler.

And C is a first grader who has discovered chapter books and a knack for memorization. He is a quick thinker and has quite a sense of humor.

And of course, they all LOVE soccer and just about anything involving a ball or playing outside!
